The handheld works well. However, they sent me the wrong one! I ordered a 128g model and the sent a 64g. The company, who is not very responsive in the contact seller option, was not willing to correct their mistake, but was willing to sell me a new card they could ship. After four days of mediocre customer service, we settled on a partial refund… which they didn’t issue until i had to remind them for it… after it was sent they then asked me to give a five star review, to which i said i couldn’t based on customer service. They went on to mock me with emojis on the customer service chat for my opinion. I would recommend the unit, but buy from someone else.
